Order Procedures

Step1: select the style, color, code, of the shoes and Quantity from our website that you want to order first.

Step2: Make the order listing (include the information like Shoes Code, Shoes pictures, each style of shoes order quatity,the buyer's Name,Address,Zip code,city,country,Email,Phone Number.) Then send it to us by email or MSN.

Step3: We will confirm the order listing in time after receiving your email or msn message, and reply to you to confirm the price (All prices are inclusive shipping cost) and shipment type and our details for make payment and so on.

Step4: We will send out your goods after we receive the full prepayment. (Remark: The package will be delivered within 8days, sometimes it can be delivered faster. it depends on your location.)

Step5: We will send the tracking number for checking up your package online when we get it from the shipment company soon.

Step6: We are waiting for the good news that you receive the shoes and give us feedback after you get the shoes.

Shipping & Delivery

- The shipping carrier we choose for shipping depends on where you are located.

-You will receive a tracking number from us after 1-3 days in which you can go to the shipping carrier's site and track the package(s).

If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is nothing we can do and you will not be offered a refund. We can only send again your items to you free of charge, but you will pay the shipping cost at second time.

-All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
